     Q1:How do I become an authorized dealer for Lagoon Furniture? Do you sell to both e-commerce and Brick & Mortar stores?

Ans:Please click Contact us and leave your information there, our team will reach out to you via e-mail and assist you to fill out an application form to open a dealer account. Current customers that we work with include, but are not limited to, wholesale, retail stores, e-commerce, designers, hotels, restaurants, and HOAs etc. We will not only provide our wholesale price list, but also our MSRP and MAP price lists. We want to ensure that all channels follow our MAP policy.

     Q2:Does Lagoon Furniture provide OEM/ODM?

AnsUnfortunately, we do not provide OEM/ODM, nor color and size customization. The reason for this is because we want to focus on our own brands, Lagoon and Toppy.

     Q3:What is your MOQ, average lead time and payment terms?

AnsOur average lead time is normally 5-7 days, but this all depends on the “Ship to Address” as well as the shipping method chosen. We currently have two US-based warehouses that focus mainly on fulfillment in the USA. One is in San Diego, California and the other is in Miami, Florida. To encourage our new clients to try our outdoor furniture, we do not put a strict MOQ for initial orders. But we do recommend our clients to purchase at least 1-2 pallets to leverage LTL freight costs. You can also buy directly from our factory in Tijuana, Mexico but the minimum order quantity (MOQ) will be one full truckload (53’). Our payment terms are T/T in advance, and we accept US issued credit card, ACH and wire transfer.

     Q5:In what parts of the world does Lagoon Furniture sell its products?

AnsWe sell our furniture to the USA, Mexico, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and many more.

     Q6:What is your warranty policy?

AnsLagoon Furniture America Corp warrants the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that, for a period of up to 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use and conditions, the products covered by this warranty as delivered shall be free of manufacturer defects. The product is designed and manufactured for its intended use only. Wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Where assembly is required, our products are for the consumer to assemble before use. Improperly assembled and/or improper use of the product will void all warranties.

     Q7:Do you have any showrooms?

AnsYes, we have three showrooms in (San Diego, Las Vegas, and Miami) USA. Only our Miami showroom requires an appointment in advance. Please book a free appointment before visiting by providing your information through our Contact us option.
